Content Marketing Manager

Experiencing rapid growth, we are seeking a metrics-driven inbound marketer to spearhead the day-to-day development of outreach materials in support of companywide initiatives. This role will be responsible for growing new leads by converting website traffic through new content development and email campaigns. This role directly reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications.



  • Optimize processes across marketing automation, lead nurturing, and campaign development.
  • Build and manage the ‘Editorial Outreach Calendar.’
  • Content Development: Write, edit, produce and curate outstanding content tailored to Measure’s audiences for multi-channel use (web, email, social, etc), starting with buyer journey mapping.
  • Digital Development: Create landing pages, calls-to-action, emails, and social media to support outreach and campaigns.
  • Maintain the companywide ‘Asset Inventory’ (digital and print materials).
  • Develop assets from initial copy creation to final piece. Assets include campaigns, emails, white papers, sales slicks, data sheets, blogs, ebooks, webinars, case studies, infographics, etc.
  • Ensure all content and assets follow brand guidelines and maintain consistent quality and tone of voice, and are optimized for SEO/search and social promotion.
  • Collaborate with Sales team to support field asset needs and develop content mapped to buying stages, helping to generate top of funnel leads.
  • Assist with marketing events, logistics and other marketing operations or projects where help is needed.


  • Self-starter and ability to keep up with fast pace at a start-up.
  • Independent thinker with little need for constant direction on daily responsibilities.
  • Marketing automation and demand generation campaign experience - HubSpot certifications preferred.
  • BA/BS degree in marketing and/or communications.
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience. Preference given to those with a services background.
  • Experience with lead generation, asset development, brand, and outreach.
  • Outstanding written and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and in an organized manner, using data to inform all decisions.
  • Highly competent writer who can quickly modify a piece of content for use across multiple channels in various formats.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to keep up with aggressive timelines.
  • Not a typical 9-5’er. Prioritization of work responsibilities is required.
  • Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite.
